Down today, shares of fine art reproducer and dry cleaning operator, Experience Art and Design, Inc. (OTC Pink: EXAD) have rocketed 225% higher over the past three trading sessions. While the stock is down over 10% in early trading on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, a breather after the massive rally the past few trading sessions was needed.
The explosive rally began on Friday, June 17th in afternoon trading and continued throughout the following Monday’s trading session. Driving the news was reported released on Friday that detailed big insider buying transactions, which have continuously taken place throughout 2016. The Friday 4-K detailed that Experience Art and Design, Inc. (OTC Pink: EXAD) director and 10% shareholder of the company, Lawrence Paul Gorman Jr, who recently purchased 50 million shares at a price of $0.001 per share. The massive purchase by Director Gorman comes after he purchased a total of 628,100 shares of the company in April 2016.
