Friendable, Inc. (OTC Pink: FDBL) is the mobile-social network focused on the future, rather than sharing the past. The Friendable brand represents a friends first approach and takes all the pressure off for its users, making it simple to make new connections, create meet up style events or simply tell others what you are “Friendable for,” then based on shared interests and location users can engage with what makes sense for them.

So what does all this mean for Friendable, Inc. (FDBL)?

Obviously the stats are great for an Emerging Growth social networking company and because Social media sites are among the most visited on the Internet, and advances motivated by social media have a far-reaching impact for the marketplace as a whole. Friendable can be well positioned for acquisition by any one of the giants in the sector.

Examples? Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) bought Vine for $970 million. Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) snapped up WhatsApp for a hefty $19 billion, a company that had only ever hit a $1.5 billion valuation, and Microsoft (NASDAQ: MFST) purchased Yammer for a cool $1.2 billion. And Internet dating sites and apps are right in the mix. Match Group Inc. owner, IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IAC), acquired OKCupid for $50 million and at the time,  OKCupid had only 3.5 million active users.

Could Friendable be next? For investors, the company has, without doubt, already started to attract the attention of major players in the social media arena and looks as though it is ripe for an acquisition at some point in the future.  Learn more at Friendable.com!
