The U.S. stock melt-up continues, as all three major indices closed in positive territory on Thursday, December 8, 2016. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rallied 0.33%, the S&P 500 closed up 0.22%, and the Nasdaq jumped 0.44%, during the day’s trading.

Despite the large-cap rally, micro-cap stocks faced mixed results on Thursday. Six of the ten micro-cap stock indices closed down, with the OTCM QX ADR 30 Index leading the declines with 0.75% on the day. On the other hand, four indices managed to post gains; OTCQX Canada Index led the charge with gain of 1.57%.
