U.S. stocks continued to rally higher on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.18%, the S&P 500 rallied 0.34%, and the Nasdaq closed up 0.45% on Tuesday. The Boeing Co (NYSE:BA) started off the day down sharply, as President-elect Trump tweeted that he may want to “cancel the order” for a new Air Force One Boeing 747, citing the hefty price tag in the billions. However, Boeing shares managed to rally into the close and pull a small gain on the day.

Micro-cap stocks mostly rallied on Tuesday, with eight of the ten micro-cap indices seeing gains on the day. The OTCM QX ADR 30 was the best performing index, with a gain of 1.07% on the day. The two losing micro-cap indices today were the OTCQX Canada Index (-0.63%) and the OTCQB Venture Index (-0.48%).

  • Peabody Energy Corp. (OTC Pink: BTUUQ) +17.36%: The bankrupt coal producer rallied 17.36% on Tuesday, however, there was no news or press that could explain the rally. Overall, the company saw volume of 297,094 shares, compared to average daily volume of 1.06 million shares.
  • Green Cures & Botanical Distribution, Inc. (OTC Pink: GRCU) +15.83%: The hemp-infused body care products company climbed 15.83% on Tuesday, after a series of recent successful product debuts.
  • RenovaCare, Inc. (OTCQB: RCAR) +15.16%: The U.S. biotechnology company rallied 15.16% on Tuesday, after receiving a U.S. patent for its SkinGun stem cell device.
