Major U.S. stock indices closed mostly lower on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. The Nasdaq led the declines with loss of 1.05%, followed by the S&P 500’s return of -0.27% on the day. The Dow Jones Industrial Average did manage to post a very slight gain of 0.01%. The big news today was OPEC’s oil production cut agreement, which will include Russia. The news sent oil futures soaring, closing up 8.29% on Wednesday.

Micro-cap stock indices closed mostly mixed on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. The big story for micro-cap stocks was the incredible 10.55% gain in the OTCQB Venture Index during today’s trading.
