Major U.S. stock indices managed to post slight gains on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.12%, the S&P 500 rallied 0.13%, and the Nasdaq closed up 0.21% on the day. Oil saw a significant pullback of 3.84% on the day, as tension among top OPEC producers has traders doubting any concrete conclusions from the cartel meeting. Gold also ended Tuesday slight lower by 0.26%.

Micro-cap stocks closed mostly higher on Tuesday, with seven of the ten indices closing in positive territory. The OTCM QX ADR 30 Index was the day’s top winning index, with gain of 0.69%. On the other side, the OTCQB Venture Index was today’s top losing index, with lose of 1.07% on the day. The other two indices that posted losses on the day were: OTCQX Canada Index (-0.45%) and OTCQX Banks Index (-0.13%).

  • Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Pink: HOVVB) +27.33%: The winners’ circle today is characterized with less impressive rallies than in the past several weeks. The rally comes a day after the homebuilder announced six new home communities across Southeast Florida.
