U.S. stocks closed marginally higher on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Today also marks the first day that the Dow Jones Industrial Average has surpassed and closed above the 19,000 mark. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq continued to post new highs, as well: S&P 500 rallied 0.22% and Nasdaq rallied 0.33% on Tuesday.

Micro-cap stocks continued to follow larger-cap stocks higher. Eight of the ten micro-cap indices managed to post positive gains on the day. Only the OTCQX U.S. Index (-0.41%) and the OTCQB Venture Index (-2.30%) managed to post losses on the day. Furthermore, the OTCM QX ADR 30 Index was the best performing index during today’s trading, rallying 0.45%. The OTCQB Venture Index continues to sell off, as the index sees its rallying days come to an end.

  • TCP International Holdings, Ltd. (OTC Pink: TCPI) +249,900%: TCPI officially has the most ridiculous, one-day rally since beginning the Daily Dozen list. The eye-popping rally comes after TCPI announced it had notified the NYSE it would not be able to meet the delisting requirements in time. As a result, the company was forced to delist from the NYSE and begin trading on the OTC Pink exchange.
